Shipping policy
Shipping Policy**
- **Shipping Schedule**: Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Thursday before 5:00 PM local time. Orders made on these shipping days will be shipped on the following shipping day. Example: if an order is made on Tuesday or will not be shipped until the following Thursday etc. Standard Shipped orders are expected to take 3-7 business days.
- **Overnight Shipping**: Overnight shipping is included in our shipping service for eligible orders. Please note that overnight shipping applies to the shipping schedule mentioned above. Overnight orders take no longer than 1-2 days.
- **Returns**: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. However, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- **Shipping Delays**: In the event that shipping takes longer than the estimated 7 business days or overnight 2 days, please contact our customer service team. We are committed to resolving anyissues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.
- **Public Holidays**
We take breaks during the public holidays so if you have ordered on a holiday expect your order to be sent out on a scheduled shipping day after the holiday.
